Cook's Assistant
Short description: The Duke of Lumbridge is having a birthday but the Cook has forgotten to buy the ingredients for the cake.
Reward: 300 Cooking XP and you will also get permission to use the Cook's range.
Length: Really short
Quest Points Rewarded: 1
Needed: Egg, Bucket of milk, and a pot of flour.
Difficulty: Novice
The Cook's range has less chance of burning food and items.
How to complete the quest:
Talk to the Cook in Lumbridge Castle and ask him what is wrong and he will then tell you. He will tell you that he forgot to buy the ingredients for a cake and he will then ask if you could help him fletch the items for a cake. You will then have to agree to help him.
Getting the ingredients:
Flour: You can find a pot in the room of Lumbridge Castle with the Cook. You can also buy one from the general store located outside the castle for around 7gp or lower. Once you have a pot in your invetory, head northwest following the path and you should find a field full of wheat with a windmill next to it. You will then go into the field and pick some grain then head to the top of the windmill and once at the top use your grain with the hopper and operate the controls. Head back down to the bottom of the mill and use your pot with the freshly ground flour you just made.
Eggs: You can find some eggs at a farm located northeast of Lumbridge and from the cow farm. To find the farm, cross the bridge and go over the river and follow the path north until you see gates are chickens. Once you find the farm head into the pen and grab yourself an egg and more will respawn. While you're there grab a bucket for the next step to. (You will need to get milk)
Milk: After leaving the farm head south until you find a pen full of cows and use your bucket with one of the Dairy Cows and it will give you some milk along with your Flour and Eggs.
Once you have collected all of the ingredients head back to the Cook for your reward!
